Notes:
-- A very late printing of the Trade Edition sported the new glossy cover finish. This printing listed to The Mystery of the Dead Man's Riddleon the back cover and still had the graveyard/spiderweb endpapers.
-- Oddly enough, a matte finish Trade Edition printing also exists that contains graveyard/spiderweb endpapers and listing to Dead Man's Riddle on the back. This printing was likely run immediately before the glossy one described above.
-- The GLB Edition of Monster Mountain was part of the Random House Reading Program. Copies can be found dating from both the 1970s and 1980s. The copies from the 80s have Adragna cover art (below).
-- Late printings of the GLB Edition used Robert Adragna's cover art as shown below.
